I don't see anyway that Emmer can get through the obstructionist MAGA block. Scalise has other problems with the Jordan crew, but he clears that hurdle. I think they are pretty rapidly approaching despair on achieving anything and we have to look at how far the obstructionists are willing to go.

The maga caucus has zero interest in governing or helping people.

They ran for office because it's basically winning the lottery and sets you up for life.

They will let a shutdown happen to own the libs/swamp but adults will get it figured out and we'll limp along.

Unless these clowns get primaried (LOL) or defeated (impossible due to gerrymandering) they get to sit and rake it in until they expend all of their political capital (sinema). Then they'll write a book that some PAC will buy up as a thank you and be on a board of some company that they've grifted their way into by promising access to DC
