Just imagine how hilarious it would be if Kamala was as big of a rough ridin' moron as Deb.

Nobody loves voting for rich republicans more than poor white trash.

yep, but the question is why they continue to do it. Doing so has not seemed to get them out of the "white trash" category.

If only poor people would vote for Democrats. Then they wouldn't be poor anymore.
Not committing to the bit any more?

Interesting election necropsy with Tim Miller and JVL:

If trump had won in 2020, we would be just two months away from being done with him.

Pretty sure he can get a 3rd term. I believe the amendment states 2 consecutive terms. He's already in Biden levels of cognitive decline. What the republican party decides to do in '27-'28 will be interesting. I'm sure the Dems will just roll another Clinton/Obama clone out there though, so it won't matter if they were Weekend at Bernie'n Trump at that point.

The amount of blue maga people on twitter claiming that this election is being stolen really pisses me off. I couldn't believe the phrase 20 million is trending. I sure hope most of these people are Iranian bots.

Blue maga is a good one. Most people aren’t very smart and many have serious mental health issues.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

Yes. That's the maga aspect of it.

As to MIR's 22nd Amendment question, there is no way to read the text in the way you suggest without leading to absurd results like President Putin serving two terms, then serving a term as "Vice President," then two more terms as President, etc.

You're right, but the path and potential interpretation, by decision-makers who matter, exists.

Being uneducated morons is also a very large part of it. I know the other side says comments like that is why Dems always lose, but it is true. It takes 3 seconds to learn that Biden didn't make egg prices go up or that we pumped an absolute crap load of oil during his admin. Yet, if you ask a regular Joe, they will give you those reasons as to why they voted for Trump. Your average voter doesn't even know how laws are made let a lone how a policy might affect the inflation on prices of crap they buy. I'm with whoever said it above, they just say this because some of them don't want to say out loud that they don't like brown people. They have also been conditioned to believe that no matter what, the other side is worse.

There's literally no introspection among the vast majority of #blueaon voters.  All they were told was Trump is bad, they regurgitate the same lines over and over.

You're absolutely living in la-la land if you don't think executive branch (and dotted line) monetary policy, and executive/ cabinet branch level policy decisions can't impact the price of commodities. You're a complete idiot if you don't think that assisting mass global conflict which included substantial conflict at multiple energy choke points didn't impact energy prices irrespective of how much oil the US was producing.

The #blueanon brain is absolutely provincial at times
Agree. Totally amazing how much better the US was at bringing inflation down as opposed to the rest of the world. :hifive:

You continue to lie to and gaslight yourself.

As the St. Louis Fed just reported, inflation is still high.

Slowing the increase and calling it a decrease only applies to federal budgeting.

#CaptainObvious reporting for duty. I will handle this.

The reason slowing the increase of inflation is called a decrease is because the notion of increase is baked into the concept--the very essence--of what we call inflation in the English language. Less of more is less than the same of more or more of more. Less of more is better when you have too much.

Surely, you agree that some inflation is not only healthy but preferable.
True, but it’s not at all “some inflation” and #blueanon usual suspect media trying to talk down their nose about the great unwashed not understanding transitory inflation last night . . . 4 years into the Shrooms Yellen transitory inflation proclamation is absolutely pinnacle #blueanon

Too big to rig is real, bro.

Again, let’s take a moment to remember the 14 million Dem voters who crossed over the rainbow bridge in the last 4 years.

Don’t insult us with the ol “sitting this one out” schtick.

The analysis of the proclaimed “bel weather” counties over the last 4 to 6 election cycles is pure hilarity with 2020 being the outlier of the ages.

There’s no way Trump runs for another term because he’d be too scared to lose. Over the course of his term he’s only going to lose disillusioned followers who he’s promised for the past 4-6 years he’d fix all their problems.

If Trump goes for a third term it will be by force so the constitution would be irrelevant anyway.

I quoted it earlier, it clearly (to sane people) says you cannot be elected to the office of president more than twice. No mention of consecutiveness.

That being said, it could be a whatever then.

He’ll just run again, he’ll spend this term playing golf and holding rallies and ramp up the rhetoric. Country’s being stolen/destroyed gotta root out the problem.
