If Trump gets convicted, I am assuming that the Republican party will have to forfeit then the race is between Biden and RFK Jr.? Is that how it will shake out or are they allowed to have first runner up participate?

There is imo a non-negligible chance that Trump becomes our ruler whether he get incarcerated or not, whether he wins or not.

I know I want to live in the Alps, or at least Alps-adjace. My problem is that lawyers in other countries don't make outrageous money.
