Intelligent viewers of this blog will note that the historical record shows that in the post WWII era - relations and diplomacy between the Soviet Union/Russia included numerous cultural exchanges up to and including participation by POTUS (from both parties). That of course was on top of numerous direct negotiations between US delegations and the Soviets/Russia that included US SOS and POTUS regarding all matter of issues, but mainly strategic weapons restrictions and reductions.
Now that the recent CIA report utterly destroys (even further) the Trump Russian COLUSION narrative as nothing more than a scheme concocted by a presidential campaign in COLUSION with a sitting POTUS, a sitting DCIA, a sitting DFBI and a sitting AG . . . to discredit a political opponent . . . we're sadly still dealing with a highly propgandized and easily manipulated #blueanon apparatus (numbering in the milliions) who only demands a way forward with Russia as war and direct confrontation.
