The idea that the cartels are more responsible for drug trade than US demand for it makes the same mistake as the entire drug war.

We should probably just start saving up to support the next victim that Russia invades.  Not that Russia could successfully pull that off (LOL, they are hapless), but we do need to send the signal that Russia should not be attempting such things.
