Some not terrible thoughts from Ben in there. What is he advocating as a settlement? Is he saying that evicting Russia from all of Ukraine's territory would cause the Russian gov't to collapse and that would be bad for the US?  He's probably right that there is no way Russia leaves Ukraine and Putin stays in power.
