I don't know.   Does every military operation mean just staying in one spot?

Remember, the people telling you that Ukraine is winning this war are the same people that told you that the Afghanistan Army would hold up against the Taliban.   They're also the same people who got their rocks off on a carrier landing and a big "Mission Accomplished" sign.   If you follow the regular news sources they just tell you what Ukraine does well.   Nobody seems to ask why Ukraine needs weapons at an ammunition at an "unprecedented" (direct U.S. military quote) rate.    For example, they need more Howitzers because the one's they had got destroyed.   The need more planes because the one's they had got shot down or destroyed by attacks on airfields.

Little doubt the snitching is off the charts.

Still virtually no accounting for what's happening with U.S./NATO weapons once they're inside Ukraine.

If this is article even remotely accurate then #neocon nation and the military industrial complex has pulled off the singular greatest grift in world history. 

Keep in mind that today’s #neocon/#neoconGe has only seen the United States fight countries with small armies, or armies that have suffered under the weight of decades of sanctions.  Or armies lead by incompetent leaders who were not being bossed around and told what to do by professional military leaders from a massive 1st world military alliance and supported by a collective $2 trillion plus annual military-intelligence-technology complex.  Or the US has fought people living in rocks and clay huts who had AK’s and some RPG’s.  That’s the frame of reference the arm chair neocon has.
