i don't think it's news to anyone that this board is significantly out of step with the nation's politics.

Translation:  We’re gonna slow roll this until they give us an excuse to get the next Middle East war kicked off right (because we’re in places we should never have been to begin with)

I do not think there is an overwhelming majority of Americans who want to fund this for infinity.  I think the plan was stop the orcs (successful) and now they are just stuck in place grinding up the orc olds/pedos.  Eventually putin will die and someone new will come in and possibly reach an accord.

Surely Europe can spare some couch cushion money to keep this from spilling over into their lands

Politics board should be renamed to reference the movement of the Overton Window that we are responsible for.

UK General - Prepare to fight them on the beaches, streets and in the alleys (of course the Brtis are yet another alleged "ally" that isn't prepared in any way to fight anything that resembles a full scale war. Instead sitting on that comfy hammock provided by the United States and it's shrinking military . . . but not shrinking military budget, as the grift rolls hard in the DOD - With 6 straight failed audits and billions upon billions in missing or unaccounted for assets)

I think there are many countries who could whip Russia who have not gone to war alone.

Who's the first world power UK is fighting in this scenario?

Remember, Russia's military is awful and yet NATO has tossed tens of billions of dollars of equipment at Ukraine and the UkroGrifters have barely moved the lines.

The Russians, obviously.

You guys are so used to seeing the United States fight against Toyota's and AK-47's, that you've completely forgotten what it's like.

I know you guys gurgle down the Western propaganda, but by grudging western military admission (this is one example) the Russian electronic warfare systems wreck havoc on many Western guided weapons systems and can deny entire sectors of operations from GPS and GPS guided weapons.

Russia, clearly...but here's the counterpoint.  When was the last time Russia was in an all out war with a 1st world power all by itself?

Or a better question.  When is the last time the U.S. fought a war against entities with combined defense budgets calculated in the trillions?

And thankfully that is a rhetorical question designed to convey how important it is that we maintain our defense investments so that we can continue to deter all attacks by those who wish us ill.

I'll ask these again for what feels like the 100th time.

Why wouldn't Russia think we're wishing them ill?  How has the United States reacted every single time a Geo-strategic advisory has attempted to set up shop in our hemisphere (and sadly clear across the globe as well, in places that most Americans DNGAFA)?

The U.S. consistently meddled in the affairs in Ukraine including going so far as orchestrating a coup and toppling a dully elected Ukrainian president. If China orchestrated a coup in Mexico, how would we react? (Probably a bad question with this President who seemingly is stepping aside and letting the Chinese do whatever they want in Panama, but think if we had a normal non Chinese stooge as our President).

Why is this President and his family so immersed in one of the most corrupt countries on the planet thousands of miles away from the United States?  U.S. neocons have been horned up about Ukraine for decades.

I’m not sure there was ever a time in history we had warm relations toward Russia?
