My daughter's boyfriend (under 30), wears color coordinated or white crew socks.

So I always wore the mid crew that's popular today, but then I went back to ksu cats at 30 and looked like an old dork and tried out the no show and ultimately preferred them. Now the kids are back with the crews and I just shake my head knowing that used to be me.

you'll notice the broccoli top zoomers with crew socks are wearing the shortest shorts you've ever seen.
if you're going to wear no-shows, you better coordinate it by wearing baggy cargos well below the knee.

i like quarter socks because they are higher than the ankle sock but lower than the crew. pairs nicely with my just barely above the knee shorts.

Gentlemen, what's the best sock to wear when you're wearing a casual/business casual sneaker/tennis shoe and shorts?

I really like the nike crew socks that now come in a variety of earth tones and more neutral colors. They are pretty warm and also don't absorb sweat like a "dress sock" with fun designs does for me. Can wear them all day then keep them on for the gym. Game Changer.
