Just need to bump more MAGA threads to make this go away

There's a white guy claiming to have a bomb near the Capital building so all know where #blueanon is going to turn all of its attention to . . . and they'll be calling for dozens of shows of police force across the country (as long as that force is against white people).   Nothing gets #blueanon more horned up then a few midnight FBI raids against people who would have just come in voluntarily if asked to do so.

I generally assume the best about anybody with a Mennonite last name but Thiessen is the worst. His columns are unreadable. Don't know why he is employed by WaPo.

The crisis as it stands relative to removing allies and AC’s was not decades in the making.

I have high school friends who were in the Marines who were engaged in large scale evacuation operations.  Some operations were because of imminent threats of nature and others because of political instability.  To a person they are astounded by what a CF this has been.

False flag by blueanon to divert attention from Afghanistan.

Whatever it is, it'll have #blueanon'ers like you all horned up for a crap ton of midnight police raids and Congressional hearings.

There were 0 nay votes for the 2001 Authorization of Force in Afghanistan and only 2 voted present, neither one was Biden.

So I believe we can put Joe down as being for war in Afghanistan and there was very little movement to end the war during Obama 1.0.

Is anyone arguing our 20 year adventure was a partisan issue?

Barbara Lee did vote against the first bill but maybe not the AUMF?

Proud of this administration for ultimately deciding not to charge the Americans they left behind the normal $2,000 state department fee to get them out of Afghanistan

That's the kind of solid forward thinking we all expected from Joe Biden and team.

Disgusting!

What a duo!

Noah Rothman has supported every American war and wanted at least a dozen more that only he and a handful of psychos like himself wanted to happen but didn’t, and is claiming us leaving Afghanistan is worse than going in to Iraq.  eff off with the force of the sun you piece of crap.

And then Aik Roy, last seen trying to write the Trump “health care bill” that would’ve kicked millions off their health insurance and caused unimaginable misery for millions right here in the U S of A. Stick to only one topic of trying to kill and ruin the lives of people please.

Did sys say one god damned word about the US body count in Afghanistan for the last 20 rough ridin' years? It is 10x the Taliban’s. Or are we just starting to care now?

I have been for ending the War in Afghanistan for approximately 20 years. I think it is good we are leaving. What should you be worried about?

No, but he's all about "owning the libs" these days.  That's all that matters.

The only one of them that I even dislike is Trump. They all made some really bad decisions but I believe the other three acted in good faith and do/did what they legitimately thought the virtuous thing to do was.

For me, the state of the country voting for Trump is worse than the state of the country voting for Bush, Obama, or Biden. US foreign policy is going to remain more or less constant with any of them. (Any would have invaded Iraq and Afghanistan after 9/11.) With a pro Trump country, you also get a bunch of harm to our own democracy, civil rights, and whatever else.
