Kreem Kup! Fried grilled cheese!

Dem Cheese Fritters  Kind of astounded this place ever went away. Seemed like a fuckin institution for high schoolers on open lunch and also the Manhattan Free Press type.

Man.. great call. as a kid I would get this bubble gum ice cream they had.. I've never seen it anywhere else and I'm sure as adult it'd be awful but I'd love to try it again.

Gumby's home of the Big Ass
The $2 lunch special aka BIG ASS slice of pizza and pop was something we'd get at least twice a week for lunch in high school

well it may have been hurt by the fact that it was the lowest priced meal I've ever had in my life.

PBR was decent, but even hitting up the "Oldest Continually Running Pizza Hut" on Sunday's for buffet was pretty elite.

Old Hibatchi Hut was great

Who's been to Vista lately? I saw it last December for the first time in ages and was like, "Holy crap, I can't believe that place is still open."

There used to be a Vista in Aggieville back in the 70's and that is where my dad proposed to my mom  :Wha:

Pat's was the first place I ever tried sweet potato fries.  I'm forever grateful for that.

$2 pitchers at Pat’s were bad news fun times. Pretty sure I danced on a table there to Muzizi one Halloween when I was dressed as “Tim ‘The Toolman’ Taylor In That One Episode Where He Got His Foot Stuck In A 5-Gallon Cement Bucket.”

Did anyone ever miss Kirby's? I only barely remember it. I remember a mom and pop version of a buffet that old people love/Cracker Barrel.

Was this place out on highway 24? The answer is yes, if so.

Yes I enjoyed Pat's.

Is HuHot still in the mall?  I loved that place.
