Do you have an oxygen finger thing? Also, probably not quite as accurate, but my s10 can test my blood oxygen. Really blew my mind when I found that out.

what are you prescribed right now if anything? are you comfortable going into the ER before you are dying? this is important to not irl die in my personal experience.

walk around as much as possible even if it sucks bad. don't just sit there. cough as loud and big as you can a lot. Vitamin D. Melatonin to sleep. Overdose on the melatonin (you can't). get on steroids if you aren't already if they will give them to you. the virus won't kill you or do perm damage to you, your body will. don't wait too long to go to the ER.

I wasn’t prescribed anything. They told me to drink lots of water and take Aleve for the headache.

About 90% sure is had the vid around the 4th of July. I had some cold sweats and my lungs were full off crap for like a week but I chalked that up to being hung over and smoking some cigars while playing golf which I rarely do.

Then in September some lady friend I was making out with had covid but I didn't get it. We broke up

Then about 2 weeks ago the new lady friend was hanging out with a girl who works at an olds folks home who came up with the vid. Both of us got tested but no vid......

Can't wait to get chipped so I dont have to worry about it.

Absolutely. I balled my way through the rona with NyQuil / DayQuil. Also, get the steroids to zap your lung inflammation.

First day absolutely owned me.. what’s so weird to me is the day prior I felt amazing. Even PRd on my front squat (fanningbrag). Day 1 of the vid I was in bed all day, sore, tired, achey, chills. I took 3 baths that day and went to the bathroom that was it. Since then fatigue, headaches, cough and congestion. Luckily I have been feeling much better everyday since the first.
