I'm just happy that we'll have a POTUS like Joe "another lid" Biden.

We'll get a solid 4 to 5 hours a day out of Joe for the 6 months he'll be in office (give or take 1 or 2 months).

The few press conferences will be a two-fold treat.   The first being the absolutely leading softball "questions" he'll be asked, and the 2nd will be watching/listening to Joe read canned responses off a monitor on the podium.

The lack of gotcha's, and anally dissecting every decision, thought and movement will be absolutely palpable as well.   Likely a welcome multi-month vacation for the "media" and notably the end of racism on the entire planet as well.

A small respite may be had if Pubs hold the Senate and continue their ongoing and necessary investigation into the Biden's and the Chinese (and Russians/Ukrainians)

they investigated Benghazi for four years
Nothing is more fascinating (I mean way beyond defending Trump).  Then to watch LiBBots circle the wagons to defend a woman who destroyed a country.  Then sent in the CIA to recruit mercenaries and procure arms from that destroyed country.  To use to overthrow the government of yet another country.  LOL

But nice deflection Lick.

ChiCom Joe is going to have the easiest 6 month presidency ever.

Full quote but everybody already knew

Quote
I am, ironically, more optimistic about the prospects of dealing with the problems we talked about today, as well as so many other problems we have right now, than I have ever been in my whole career. And you say, ‘Why in the hell would you say that, Biden? You just talked about all these difficulties.’ Well, I’ll tell you why. Because the American public, the blinders have been taken off. They’ve all of a sudden seen a hell of a lot clearer. They are saying: ‘Jeez, the reason I was able to stay sequestered in my home is because some Black woman was able to stack the grocery shelf, or I got a young Hispanic out there, or these dreamers out there, 60,000 of them, acting as first responders and nurses and docs.’

I think FWIW it's going to be obnoxiously close this election, and laughable to think it'll be like 2016

it's not going to be close.  it's getting close to a point where i need to think about taking off my republican hedges because biden's a risk to blow right past them.

Is it possible that it could be close for a couple days while they process the mail-in ballots.

Only in the “not a mathematically impossibility” sense maybe?

if it's close enough that we can't figure out the winner on 11/3 from states that count quickly, then it will end up still being "close" when they finish counting.

like, maybe not we have no idea who is going to win on close, but not a blowout.

it doesn't look on track for that to happen currently, and the race has been stable to moving in biden's favor basically forever, but there are still four weeks for something to change.

Heh. Nope. I'm not an establishment voter. I loathe the candidates both parties are presenting.

Honestly, I haven't decided whether to vote Biden or third party. I'm leaning Libertarian at his point.

I will vote regardless of the irrelevance of it. Kentucky will not go Biden. My votes will matter down ticket in county and state voting.

about 3% of the electorate has voted; most of those votes are in competitive states.
