Man I probably gained 15 pounds since thanksgiving eating roughly the same diet you described.  Need to get back on my bike and get back in the gym, and just keep my calories to like 2000 a day and burn this off.

Anomoly weekend. I'm usually really tight with my diet. I've been losing weight this winter which is new for me.

Coffee and low carb protein bar plus fruit for breakfast. Light lunch. Nuts in the afternoon (no dong connected) with some chocolate milk. High protein dinner with a grilled or boiled veggie. Plenty of water throughout the day.

Down five pounds with minimal exercise. Weight should really fly off once cycling season hits.

Friday dinner: big Walmart microwave beef and bean burrito with a side of deli mac n cheese.

Saturday lunch: quarter pounder with cheese, large fry, sweet tea

Saturday dinner: Arby's beef n cheddar and Celsius mango

Might need a blood transfusion today.
Celsius with dinner? You're psychotic

Haha. Up at 4am. Still had 4 hours to drive. Walked in the house at 1030p. Asleep by midnight. All good.

This me basically every year.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

Are the singles just laid across the top? Are you adding the seasoning from the Ramen or tossing it?

Good questions. Dump seasoning in bowl, drop ramen brick on top, pour over broth, layer cheese

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

I'm convinced that these things contain some combination of electrolytes and carbs that renders you invulnerable to hangovers. I'm addicted to the texture and flavor:

I think the Jalapeno variety of these may be just as good as the cheddar variety.

This might be the most trash canny thing in this thread. Its top notch from an odd ingredient standpoint as well as cooking method. Was this something you came up with on the fly? Like, did you decide to make quick Ramen and then go, "lets add some bone stock and kraft singles for extra flavor", then, "well eff it, I bet some microwaved eggs on top would be good"?

well, I can't say that I went in with a plan per se. just started throwing crap in there. the eggs and singles actually were a late addition while the ramen was microwaved. I do always make my ramen with bone broth though. that's a regular thing. and I do usually microwave my ramen.
