I think most of the fake meat is pretty bad for you irl though

I was stunned when I saw the nutritional facts of an impossible whopper compared to a regular whopper, everything was almost exactly the same other than the sodium and the sodium of the fake burger was significantly higher

yeah, it's wild. almost like millions of years of evolution has somehow made irl meat "good" for us.

Yep, at least right now, fake meat is just for people that eat like garbage and will prob have heart attacks at a pretty young age, but they care about animals.

Yep.  I think they were fried tortillas and they cut them into 4 pieces so yes probably.

After I first encountered nachos like this I realized how easy/fun it is to do at home by frying up corn tortillas, topping them with a layer of refried beans + whatever else, and then cutting in fourths. Premium snacking.

yesterday for dinner I had the following:

eight (8) diablo chicken taquitos. air fry at 375 for 8 minutes. tons of protein for strong bones and stamina.

El Monterey does some really nice stuff.  Their diablo line is one of their best.  Might I recommend their Ghost Pepper Chimichangas?  On multiple occasions, the person checking me out at the grocery store has commented on how good they look.  Bigtime credit to the good folks at El Monterey for their branding on their diablo/ghost branding.



Their Bean and Jalapeno variety are also a very nice piece:


That said, I've really stayed away from El Monterey over the last couple of years.  Them discontinuing the GOAT (Spicy Taco Picante) got me pretty pissed at them, and I'm afraid to love again.  Honest to God, I bet I've eaten
multiple thousands of those over the course of my life.  And as I sit here today, a real life 32 year old man, I would eat thousands more if they brought them back.

12 Doritos is 150 calories. Chips are like the only things I have trouble resisting. We've had a costco bag for about a week and I've done pretty good this time and only had a couple of handfuls.

that's normally the way it is for me. I just love chips. Mrs SF and I have been on a health kick the past few weeks so that is mostly it. Normally, they would be gone within days easy, which is why I rarely have them in the house.
