My mom's cousin used to work at Tony's and would get us boxes of "Tony's rejects" from the factory in Salina. I love the crust on "Little Charlies" but they have to be about the worst form of carb imaginable.

I have never been much of a soda drinker, mostly just as a booze mixer and usually diet soda. At the beginning of year I started getting regular fountain cokes as a treat and eventually was drinking one at lunch and one at dinner over a 2-3 week period. I started getting headaches and sugar crashes all the time and just generally feeling totally trashcanned. It's been like 2 weeks since my last one and I feel normal again.

drinking/eating sweets is like the only trashcanning I don't do. but I supplement that with extra booze and nachos to more than even out my trash levels.

Yeah, transfats and carbs are my weakness. The soda was fun while it lasted but not worth it.

When my doc told me that I was on the train to the beetus pop was the first to go, it was pretty easy. I had 18 of those mini bottles of coke in September, I still have 7 left, like SD I mostly use them for mixers. Dropping the pop was easy, dropping cap'n & cokes, Pimm's Cups, and LITs, much harder.

I got it to go & forgot to ask for mayo. It didn’t need it though. Fries also has a slight kick to them. All around great lunch.

canco. Can also confirm that pork tenderloin is the most overrated food OAT. There's a reason restaurants don't go broke selling that much meat to one person for like $10.
