Got about a 1lb baked potato, topped it with homemade cheddar cheese sauce and 1/2lb pulled pork. I think this qualifies for the thread.

2 tablespoon butter in a double boiler, melt, stir in 1/8 C heavy cream, bring to simmer, whisk in 1/2 Tbsp flour, let thicken but do not let brown. Stir in finely grated cheddar to desired consistency for the application.
