Is that the store that looks like an old Taco Bell?  I haven’t stopped there in a year or two but I remember them having a better selection than I expected.  Maybe expectations were just really low.

Speaking of Taco Via I have been crushing these knockoff nacho's during quarantine.

Step 1 - Mix canned chicken with taco seasoning or chili chowder, break the chunks up into shreds with your hands.

Step 2 - Throw a tostada shell on a baking sheet, top with chicken and cheese

Step 3 - Broil in oven for like 4 minutes

Top with salsa/japs/etc

The more items that come from a can the better.

made tacos saturday night. no more leftover meat, but still tortillas and taco shells.

so i just made basically a cheesy gordita crunch with nothing in it. tortilla with cheese, microwave that so it melts, put taco shell on it, little bit of salsa, fold in half, dip in sour cream.

Yeah, probably going through a fifth of whiskey every 4-5 days, not proud of that either direction. I do enjoy though sitting down and pouring a finger and sipping that for like 30 minutes. But I usually end up doing that 3 more times and then bed.

yeah what usually happens for me is I start with that plan and then the first one is 20 minutes and the second and third are like 5 minutes and then like whoa

yeah, grossout city. just buy a rotisserie for chicken shredding things. even the Meade, KS grocery store has them I think.

You've never bought whole canned chicken? Just open the can, pour out the bird, remove the gizzards, quarter it and microwave. Add taco seasoning and/or other spices to taste. Easy peasy.

Thats my parents hood so I don't hit up the via as often these days. I worked at the via for 4 years in HS and my siblings also worked there, we are basically Via royalty.
