When are you post-vaccine maskers going to feel comfortable unmasking and going back to life as usual?
today. i'm still masking, of course, as mandated by society. but i'd feel completely comfortable not doing so.
Mostly same (when I’m like 90% come May). I don’t think there is any realistic concern anymore of COVID overrunning our healthcare system or putting loved ones at risk who haven’t already done so to themselves. Maybe some variant will break through, but that doesn’t strike me as a reason to panic since there is always something circulating that could mutate into a deadlier version.
The one place I’d draw the line is indoor crowded places. Rational or not I probably won’t feel totally comfortable in a setting like that until a while down the road (if ever—one side effect of having really small kids during COVID is learning about how dangerous the flu can be and how easily it can be mitigated with masking and social distancing).
