Can confirm that nursing home nurses (working in nursing homes that have been smashed by COVID) here in Smallville are making efforts to refuse their chips.

It really makes you wonder how so many people in nursing homes have died since this started.

Make racistville/sec/confederacy the QS. Normals who currently live there can swap locations with magas who live in the remaining US.

That would take care of a large share of problems right away, but we could thereafter drill down into what we want for states within US and QS.
