This is a cool website that I'll probably use to justify my decision not to attend Thanksgiving this year.

This map shows the risk level of attending an event, given the event size and location.

The risk level is the estimated chance (0-100%) that at least 1 COVID-19 positive individual will be present at an event in a county, given the size of the event.

So yeah, yet another country less restrictive than Sweden (who never allowed gatherings of more than 50 people through this whole thing), while the Czechs had rough ridin' maskless nightclubs open.

  at anyone who keeps going to bat for Tony Fauci.  The LGBQT community wanted him crap canned 25 years ago for pouring money into highly toxic (very expensive) drugs instead of drugs to help the immune system to defeat the AIDS virus.

He also told us not to wear masks for a month (Dutch study says masks are worthless, unless you're wearing N95's . . . but scientific consensus and all the stuff, I wear masks and plan to no matter what people say).   In Feb-March, "nothing for the public to be concerned about". 

Now he and HHS have been fighting FOIA for 6 months.

it's really interesting that belgium is getting hit so hard again; they were the worst hit in the spring as well.  in the conflict between partial herd immunity and winter human activity patterns, herd immunity is getting its ass kicked.

To be fair, they’re probably one of the few countries with an accurate death count.  Just read an article about Mexico having 200k excess deaths this year yet they’re only claiming 89k covid deaths.
