yep. you're still hearing it discussed a lot in schools reopening too, because IMO people are desperate to feel like there's something they can control

Not to anger the HVAC'emawers but all the air cleaning stuff seems the same. I've seen a couple KC restaurants primping the new HVAC cleaning they put in and feel like they may have been sold snake oil. Hey if it makes the air cleaner guess it can't hurt but I'm not eating inside those restaurants right now with new air cleaning or not.

yeah i mean i've said it a bunch of times but i think those technologies are great and would all work great at killing/neutralizing the virus, the problem is if someone coughs at the table next to you...those germs aren't going to necessarily cycle back through the AC system before you breathe them in. in fact there's a strong chance someone is going to breathe them in before they get cycled back through the system and neutralized.

I read it as shut down bars OR to be more fair shut down anybody from selling booze including restaurants after 10 (indoor or outdoor)

Recommendation 3 is interesting, not sure I understand it.

Are you too old to remember what bars look like before 10:00PM and after.10:00PM? It's a way to let the bars stay open by catering olds to day drink, have happy hours, and throw a few back after work, but makes the bars close before 1 in and 1 out time.
