I have July 6th, but our criteria is:
• Each participant has selected the date they believe workers will Return to Office. The winner is the closest date (before or after) to the actual return. In the event of a tie, the participant with the most letters in their legal middle name shall be declared the victor.
IMO, I think we should keep the general lock down in place until Memorial Day. After that, we should make it where all non essential places can start to open, but there still needs to be significant restrictions of how many people go in, (one in and one out policies) you keep social distancing, and make it required you have to wear a mask out in public. I would also say that if you can work home, that you are told you should work from home indefinitely. IDK though how you can really do bars and to a degree restaurants well, same with like clothing stores, unless you get rid of being able to try on clothes.
If you wanted to do places like what the GA gov was trying to do with beauty salons and nail salons and etc, I would say you would have to require shampooing, and sanitizing of hands like on the spot as part of doing that, and to best ability wear a mask (or the person getting their hair cut holds in place). I don't think gyms are a good idea yet too, even in June. You also need to develop sanitizing programs for mass transit. I would roughly start there and see how that works for the month of June.
So while things are not 100% back to normal by then, you can start freeing it up more. Still don't think you can realistically open up air travel, cruises, movie theaters, gyms, etc. quite yet. It definitely needs to be do a little here, and then there, and see how well people react and how the cases climb or hold still. All the while trying to get more testing and antibody testing to see how far we really have to go before herd immunity kicks in. What I saw with the NY numbers for grocery workers with antibodies wasn't that encouraging (like 13%). That's a ways to 60%, and these are also people on the front lines of this, so I would expect the average person to be quite less. This is all crap the admin should be working on, but I doubt they have the capacity to think that well about it.
