Went to Walmart last week and tried to get the booster shot and they gave me a form on which I had to be close to dead to qualify.
I thought it would be NBD to get it since I qualified for the early shots in February.

Hyvee will give you one if it’s been six months since your second jab

Got mine there yesterday, the young woman at the pharmacy acted like a guard at Ft. Knox asking all kinds of questions starting with the statement "you don't appear to be 65 years old." She made me complete the paper consent forms acknowledging that she had access to the ones I completed online to get the appointment. She was a real bad person. Anyway I got it. You know what else I got today? rough ridin' side effects, headache, muscle aches, and the fever/chills roller coaster.

I had to wait for 30 minutes too, but I don't know if it was for the vial to thaw.  The dude at Walgreen's pulls out a waiver form and says "check here if you are immunocompromised or if you just want a 3rd shot or whatever"
