Weddings and funeral events are bars after 10pm environments and we know a lot of those events like that being superspreaders

And obviously weddings and bars are worse but the takeaway here is that aerosolized transmission can take place over much more than six feet distance and in a very short time with the right (or wrong) airflow situation.

What I'm sort of getting at is we are considering two "half measures": reducing capacity and closing at 10. Since capacity reduction might not slow the spread all that much (given someone 15 feet away was infected in five minutes of exposure), you might as well allow full capacity (and full revenue, in theory) until 10 when a full shut down can really make a difference.

I'm not sure the math works out but it's an interesting thought experiment

The OA / dilution approach doesn’t help in the circumstance as in this example where you have air in the space being infected by patient B that is blown in a consistent pattern over to Patients A and C where they are breathing it in.   Whether that was all fresh air to start with or not doesn’t help them, though it is obviously better if that virus-laden air is replaced as quickly as possible.
