There will be no hard shift with Biden, because as of now Biden's plan looks very familiar. The only shift will be if Biden goes all dictator and tries some kind of idiotic national lock down.
Otherwise, I'm in full recognition of the nature of this virus, the massive volume of testing that's under way in the United States and the fact that there will be no diminishment of any substance until 1. We reach herd immunity 2. There's a vaccine. While fully understanding we are on a train to a national survival rate of 99% plus, if we're not there already.
I also understand that even today a substantial percentage of Covid-19 deaths in this country sit on the heads of a group of Grandma Killer Governors of which at least one is doing everything he can to stonewall the investigation.

How is Biden's plan similar to Trump's?
When you read through Biden's list on things like testing, most of all those things have been done.
Joe says he wants to set up at least 10 drive through testing sites per state. Well, maybe it's in other 3rd world states, but we've had drive thru testing for months here.
Paying for testing: That's already being done.
Bullshit about free'ing up FEMA money from Joe, when already Trillions of dollars have been poured into state's to distribute as they see fit.
