Reporters had already gathered for this and were told it was canceled. Obviously, because Trump is having a temper tantrum.

dax what does the "to" mean when you said "half assed his way to 2008"?  Most people would say he didn't actually get anywhere in 2008 as opposed to 2012 when, you know, he won his party's nomination.

Now you guys can't admit that you forgot Mitt ran in 2008.  SMDH

Mitt had every opportunity to be more forceful in 2008 and he blew it, he could have gone after McCain a lot harder and instead went with the "in the time of war" BS, like it was World War II again.

It's okay Brock, you guys forget a lot of things and need a lot of things explained and re-explained.  The forgetfulness is derivative of the heavy  :bong: so I understand.

Romney is the first US Senator in American history to vote to remove a president of his own party

Also, first time in history that no one outside the president's own party voted not to remove.

Guys some solid moral victories here.   Hang in there, Nancy, Jerry and the rest of your heroes are gonna try again.

I mean eff this leading and legislating stuff and doing the peoples business . . . we gotta get Trump because he won in 2016 and we've been  :curse: :curse: ever since.

Have fun being on the wrong side of history.

What side is that?

Not on the side of a positively shitty impeachment attempt.

Congrats everyone we have crowned a king

Don’t worry Da Big Dummy, Bernie’s already got an executive order list that’s only missing “dictator for life” and they’re just ironing out some wording on that one.

Liz is gonna toss all political opponents in jail, even if you were just some wonk paper pusher who worked on the same level as George Conway’s job offer, Liz is gonna prosecute your ass.

She’s also gonna unilaterally declare people disinformation agents and prosecute them. What’s next?  The revival of Obama’s indefinite detention thought balloon?

You’ll get your chance to put the Brownshirt and armband on again soon enough.  Keep those jackboots polished.

I didn’t even read Dax’s reply but the moment Trump is acquitted he posts this. Pretty Kingy to me as Dax continues his high step salute.

I'm looking forward to a Trump/Sanders debate in which Trump repeatedly asks, "Where's Hunter? Where's Hunter Biden?"

There wouldn’t be a Trump/Sanders debate. I guess maybe if Trump was polling at like 20%.

I know you're extremely dense, so you can't comprehend the tagline on Time's cover.

Oh buy hey, your guy was just joking about wanting to keep going, he wasn't being "kingy" he was just joking.

If Liz Warren actually believed her own bullshit, she'd be all for this.

Fox News still talks about the Uranium One fake scandal a minimum of 3 times a week. So my guess is never.

Not entirely convinced courageous is the right word, but he’s definitely a guy with enough self respect that he’s not gonna get bullied by party leadership, and that means something.

On April 26, 2007, Black was chosen by Mitt Romney, a Republican candidate in the 2008 United States presidential election, to head his counter-terrorism policy advisory group.[31]

In October 2011, Black was chosen by Romney to serve as "Special Adviser" on all foreign policy issues.[32]

Black worked for the CIA for years.
