It seems like most of the speculation is that with all of the recent Delaware court rulings going Twitter’s way he (his legal team) just realized he was stuck. Basically he mumped around at a level 10 and so he found out at a level 10. 1 = ~$1b in this case.

It was also pretty hilarious that the same day this update about moving forward with the deal comes out, is the same timing he proposes his peace plan for Ukraine…..and allegedly the prospect of “WW3” was what motivated him to pull back from the deal in the first place.

“eff, if I am stuck buying this thing looks like I need to get a peace deal done.”
