That was my sort of spell being broken moment as well, but to me he's antics are much more $$$ driven than this being a mental deterioration IMO. The pedo thing, similar to his recent mouth off/block of Robert Reich, was more a tantrum fit than anything. Trying to reopen the Tesla plant is purely $$$, as Tesla is really not good financially even before this happened.
