I actually liked their wings and of course it was nice scenery.

My memory of Hooters will always be that it was my Father in Law's favorite place (he was a single Dad for her, tough West Texas Redneck but loved his daughter). When my wife and I were still dating he was in a bad mood about something and she just said "Let's go to Hooters!" He immediately perked up and the day was saved and my wife was just happy to see her Daddy smile and the day was saved.

My wife took her dad on a father-daughter trip to Germany 12-15 years ago. He is a farmer and cattleman still working the family farm in Kansas and had always wanted to see Europe. Anyway, some how they got separated while sightseeing. My wife set off to find him. Low and behold, there mixed in with the old town German architecture was a Hooters. She knew exactly where to find him!

When she got to his table, she asked him, "Dad, what are you doing?". He replied, "I'm looking for the pretty blondes. Where do you find them? Look at that one over there" while pointing to a burly Frau. I think she could take me!".

I heard just recently that an 18 y.o, today has the same testosterone of a soldier on D Day had when that soldier turned 65 years old !!!. I believe it. When I hear young males speaking today, so many sound effeminate. Even men who are straight do not sound manly at all. I mean if you hear just their voice and had to guess if they were straight or gay, you would think gay!!

Yeah...the one off 35 in Austin was scary. Never seen so many uniformed cops in a restaurant...for security. At least 3.

And every TV was on soccer.

So my GF and I left...I don't watch gay stuff like that.

Did see someone smoking pot about 10 ft from the off duty cop that was at the door, though.

That is, in fact, a crappy part of town.

One thing I never understood were people that had family dinners at hooters. Wtf. Taking your kids there is already bad enough but then take your SO as well? Wtf

This will come as a shock to your Puritan lifestyle, but a whole lot of chicks enjoyed going to Hooters. More than once it was the females in our circle that suggested going there when we wanted to go out for food and beer. Fun is fun, and in its heyday most Hooters were a fun place to go.

Chicks like looking at other good looking chicks almost as much as guys do, shocking I know.

Imma let you in on a secret as well - better sit down for this - some chicks like to go to nudie bars too! Sometimes with their husband/boyfriend even!

If you reread my post, you will see I am talking about family outings. First, I mentioned taking kids, then I included the SO to make it a family affair.

Any woman that wants to go to titty bars is not a quality woman and any man that wants to take his woman to one has no respect for her. Same can be said for brestaurants to a lesser degree.

If this crap was said in a movie or TV show, I would think the writing was too over the top. Astounding that this is real. I mean, they said "breastaurants" multiple times for gods sakes!

I still can't believe we are having a debate with no witnesses and a 2 minute delay so state run media can edit out bad moments when Biden glitches.

This is how Hitler came to power

Hitler was never elected. He was appointed. And when he got the power, he never gave it up. He was dictator for life.

If Biden drops out of the race before the Dem convention, his replacement will be appointed by the Dem delegates. They can pick ANYONE. This person will not have been elected by the democrats in primary votes. The Dems are not Hitler, but my example is just a warning shot at how things can get out of control and away from the votes of the people.

Then comes the November election.

If you don't think we will have a rerun of the 2020 election fraud, then you are mistaken.

I hope I am wrong. But, I just don't think Trump will be allowed to win.

i can't even enjoy the dripping irony of a group of people terrified that the dems will install a dictator while fervently supporting a man who has openly stated his intentions to be a dictator. like because he will achieve at least some of his plans that make him all-time QB (no blitzing!)

Transgender beer update: Mexican beers continue market takeover

This is from my Robinhood
Snacks email, so no link.

Santa Anna would be proud.

"Modelo behavior… Mexican beers have taken over Americans' BBQ coolers. Modelo Especial overtook AB InBev-owned Bud Light as the US's top-selling beer last year after conservative consumers boycotted Bud over an influencer partnership.

More than a year after the Budcott, AB InBev's US sales dropped 9% annually in the first quarter of this year (it blamed Bud Light).

...

Constellation's struggling to stand out in the wine-and-spirits aisle while its Mexican brews are becoming household names.

Meanwhile, Bud Light's brand now leaves a bad taste for some consumers. One analyst said Bud's lost a generation of drinkers that could take a decade (and a lot of Clydesdales) to win back."

I have been to hooters TWICE in my life (same location at 435 and Metcalf).

1. On my 16th birthday I drove some BRO's up there in my minivan and we had some wings and told the babes it was my 16th birthday. I was expecting this Shangri la but it was just shitty breaded wings and mid's.

2. About 8 years ago my old coworker (2 small kids at home and probably an alcoholic) wanted to do a happy hour so I joined him by myself. We were at hooters for about 30 minutes and in that time he had a big beer and 2 shots while we played golden tee then just bounced and went home to his family.

I went to Hooters in San Antonio in 1998 the night before the Alamo Bowl. Was it because it was a guys trip? Nope, my mom took me (age 10), my sister (age 7) and my cousin (age 12).

If they stay true to making false claims that Trump will do "X". The left is already building a layer of protection by saying "Trump will unleash SEAL Team 6 on political enemies". We all laughed it off.

Now imagine Trump wins and folks like Obama, Clinton and Kerry work with foreign governments to subvert American Policy. If those folks break laws and any law enforcement or DOJ folks react…..the claim will be Trump the dictator is punishing his political enemies.

This is all too easy to see coming…..

History has shown us again and again the #blueanon political leadership is happy to accept millions in foreign campaign financing.
