Also what is their major? LOL

There probably are not many on this board that can clearly remember the cults that ran amok in the late 60s/early 70s, but I do. The level of indoctrination today is equivalent to and more widespread than back then, but funded with our tax dollars now via the education system. Remember what it took to deprogram some of these individuals from their cults? I do. Months of intensive psychological care. What has been done already is going to take a monumental effort to undo.

I have seen it firsthand, via kids of a good buddy of mine, who's kids went to our beloved Texas A&M, to go through the ED/Antropology department endocrinology. I watched them transform from a healthy conservative environment at home to enthusiastic Leftists in college, and accelerate their views as they sought out like enclaves in the cities they moved to post graduation. They became Leftist Activists. Wife thinks one of their husbands might be Antifa, but I am not sold on that, quite yet. They will NOT engage in conversation that remotely challenges their indoctrination whatsoever. If they know you have a viewpoint remotely challenging theirs, they will not engage in conversation. Not just debate, any conversation.

Cult status.

what does endocrinology have to do with political indoctrination at aTm? Some sort of hormone therapy that turns red-blooded Aggies into commies???

Watched A Man Called Otto Friday night. Unlike the book and the swedish version of the movie, they decided to make one of the characters trans, but not until you've made it an hour into the movie.

Also reading Power of the Dog book #3 by Don Winslow (great series until book 3). Apparently his TDS is so bad he had to fabricate a story about a reality show host turned president in 2016 who uses cartel money to fund his business ventures, loves to tweet, and wants to build a wall.

It's just so over the top. These people are horrible.

I guess I have to research everything I watch or read to figure out if it's going to be political? This is just too much.

We are extremely accepting of other ideas and media . . . as long as it's in total lockstep with our dogma and belief system.  (#blueanon)

Ironically, those things with good intentions, I think had bad unintended consequences. This data is nuts. The 1950s was a great decade 1960s started off well and all of sudden after 1965 murder, rapes, assaults spike.

From 1960 to 1966, population increased 9% but murder increased 21% assault 52% and rape about 50% Robbery also up 50% From 1960 to 1980, the homicide rate doubled.

To me, the data suggest that 1965 began the decline of American society.

In terms of general population? Forget forms of government, I am talking about the people...and what they value and support.

Does half of China or Russia fervently believe that irreversible puberty blockers/breast removal/genital mutilation for children and minors going through tough times is the morally right thing to do? That you are truly evil if you want to protect children from these things? Does half of their country support things like sexually lewd drag performances in front of children or 2nd grade teachers discussing sex and gender with children behind parents' backs? Putting pornographic books like "Gender Queer" in childrens' libraries?

We like to bag on other countries and call them "corrupt" and "evil"...their governments certainly are to a large degree...but I think that is only because we are beneficiaries of a superior form of government and system of economics. In terms of us though, as a people, I cannot think of a more evil, degenerate, and pathetic country. If there is one...it is probably a western nation that is heavily comprised of white liberals. Are Western Euro states this trashy and warped?

This poor bastard is going to be in for a rude awakening when he discovers how his beloved Western Europe feels about liberals and LGBTQ.

...and was reminded why I never go into town.

Covington, KY. Just south of Cincinnati, OH.

The wife and I went out to eat at an Italian place in the Covington bar district. Had a great dinner. Afterwards, we decided to have another drink at a bourbon bar within walking distance of the restaurant. We walk into the bar, I order an Old Fashion and the wife gets a fruity drink.

Bartender was wearing a long sleeve shirt. Business was slow but we beat the crowd and then things started picking up. Bartender took his long sleeve shirt off. His tee shirt stated "Protect Trans Children" and his helper came out with a shirt that was in rainbow colors stating "Human Rights are Gay Rights".

That ended the night for us. Cashed out, couldn't support that. We just wanted another drink to enjoy the night. It was just a reminder to me why I never go into town.

I wanted, badly, to ask the bartender how many Trans children he knew. The wife told me to not make a scene. Ugh. In the 41 years I've been on this Earth, I know of none.

When a town of 40,000 in Kentucky is just too woke for you, it's time to just retreat to the mountains of West Virginia and live off elderberries.
