Just talked to one of my sons and learned he's participating in a career fair tomorrow to network and look for opportunities to advance his career. Nothing unusual about that, but he shared that he recently joined the women's, black, and gay associations for his profession in order to gain access to the best career fairs. Apparently that's where the recruiters are all going due to wokeness, but the plain ole white guys have caught on and are swelling their ranks. They're not prevented from participating,.. at least yet.

I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around the idea that a society is ordered around the ability to do what you want to as long as it doesn't instantly hurt someone as its primary effect, rather than ordered around the ability towards that which is in keeping with a fixed morality, or at worst morally neutral.

What does freedom used for bad get us? We are careening leftward and the only freedoms I see us embracing lead to a more cancerous death worshipping society.

It's the same feeling I get when I hear people say "I don't care who you vote for, just vote". I don't want people who are stupid to vote. I don't want people who will vote for Democrats to vote. They're going to hurt me and my family, why would I favor some weird sort of civic virtue imposed by the left over the health of my family and country?

Interesting. This appears, to me, to be a critique of classical liberalism (small "L") and the harm principle, both of which are often attributed to 19th c. British philosopher John Stuart Mill. Query: on what principles, sir?

Per his live video on frankspeech.com. That is only due to cyber switching votes, not other methods of voter fraud (which he said biden could be as low as 68 M).

While I like the outcome, I'll stay in the hesitant column. Regardless as to whether or not it is true, it depends on if our legislatures have some balls to do forensic audits in all states. If they don't, we will never know if this is true or lies.

(Once I figure out how to post a picture without stars, I'll post a screen shot the wife took).

And no rule 1 on the wife, she's way out of y'all's (and my) league.

My company absolutely participates in diversity job fairs.  The individuals who attend on our behalf are smart and accomplished and would absolutely mock and clown some white waterheaded maga who thought he was gaming the system by attending.  Does he not know that he is literally harming his employability not helping it?  His resume will get a nice star for being an ignorant loser and no one who he speaks with there will EVER even consider him.

Are you saying like the National Black Law Students Association at let's say KU has their own career fair? That seems extremely targeted and not real conducive to a career fair, super inefficient.

I just switched obgyns yesterday because mine told me I was being irresponsible and reckless to not get the shot while pregnant. She said "pregnant mothers all over houston are dying." First, that's false. Second, if I can't take ibuprofen, i'm not taking a new vax. Third, my friend's pregnant gyno won't even take the vax herself. These people can get bent. I take vitamin D and zinc daily. More importantly, I serve a God who heals. Take the fear porn and shove it.

We'll have > 100k people in attendance, probably one of the largest attendances at any college event this year.

It will be a prime time matchup as both teams will probably be top 5 and undefeated.

Mostly all fans are supporters of his.

Playing against a school from a state which is also conservative and voted for him.

The only downside is repercussions from any woke members of the football team, but good Lord he's the 45th President of the United States--get over it.

I bet Trump would do it in a heartbeat. The problem is, I don't think our administration would, even if it would be hugely popular overall.

The crowd goes absolutely F-ing NUTS and then the intro to "Down 4 My N****z" begins to pump over the loud speakers and the team starts swaying back and forth in unison before they run out onto the field to BTHO.

The stuff of dreams right there..
