I must run with different folks... my former SC Gamecock colleagues and my California Co-workers have been texting me that they are impressed we went out and got a winner when everyone was passing on him.


Who knows if he will be successful, but his current team is better than ours even with recruiting limitations.


Give him a chance, he has a bare cupboard to start but it is a fresh start for KSU.

I worked for the university of South Carolina at the time, when they fired Bowden mid-season Dabo was interim head coach for the 2008 season and then promoted after the season. Dabo fired Vic, due to personal differences I believe,  and my Gamecock friends thought the days of dominating Clemson had started.

I am glad this process is over now but I'm still not excited.  I am sure that will change if he wins.  Winning can change a lot of things.  I think everyone needs to have realistic expectations because the next few years may be tough due to the cabinets being bare.
