Tuck take:
Snyder built a program at K-State that has difficulty in attracting national talent. His system is based upon recruiting overlooked players that fit well in his offensive and defensive schemes, but are good athletes. Fitting coaching to players skills, who work with dedication, overcome talent deficits--putting the most players in a position with a chance to succeed and contribute to team success is the core of the philosophy put in place by LHCBS.
What it means:
I believe it. If we bring in another Ron Prince, that theory will once again be validated. If we bring in a member of Snyder's coaching tree, we have a chance to preserve the philosophy, but maybe get access to pools of talent our current coaching staff can't reach.
So, is that completely tuck?
