I've been seeing this for quite some time. How many blocks do we classify 'hallowed ground'. 5? 10? There's a male strip club within three blocks of the site.

Also, you don't hear much about the street vendors and sh*t corner stores hawking 9/11 shirts and wtc trinkets to tourists for a profit - right across the street.
