That Mosque is as good as built.

LOL @ you morons clinging to the hope that contractors will turn down money.  But...but...drudge had a picture of a WTC construction worker with a "no mosque" sticker!!!

Seems like a construction worker would be exactly the kind of guy that would build such a thing.   :dunno:

True fact, there are no Muslim contractors anywhere in America, especially it's most populous city.

Let's be honest here, there are a lot of people looking to make a living, especially in this economy.  They will find someone that doesn't care enough to take their money and build their mosque.

Everyone knows that capitalism is the true religion in this country anyway, and therefore, people spending money and creating jobs should be celebrated.  ;)

I'm glad that Fox News has finally been exposed as the terrorist supporters that they are.  Their own flawless logic has proven it to be true.

I'm wondering, coincidentally, whether MSNBC has a stake in the Obama presidency.

Let's see.... They are owned by GE, which serves to make big bank with the health care bill.  Should cap and tax go through, even more bank.

GE CEOs making big contributions to Obama.

I'm sure there is no bias or reasoning for that either....

Make a new thread, loser.

Your talking points have been bitch-slapped back to Racisttown

It seems contradictory to me for conservatives to assert themselves into this discuss unless they live in NYC.  Regional/State/Local decision rights seems to be a really emphasized point on the conservative platform.

NYC's mayor is cool with the mosque being built, and a majority understand that there is nothing that can be legally done to stop it.  http://www.crainsnewyork.com/article/20100818/REAL_ESTATE/100819820/1072

Quote
“A majority of every demographic group—by party, religion, age, gender, political philosophy—agrees there is a constitutional right to proceed” with the project, said Steven Greenberg, a spokesman for the institute, in a press release.

This is NYC's issue, they got this.

It's really too bad that the terrorists that flew into the WTC weren't as dumb as some of those protesting the mosque posting in this thread.

"sugar dick,"

Fox News has been using their fear mongering tactics on this story, proclaiming the center to being funded by terrorists.  One of those "terrorists" is the 2nd largest stockholder in their company, and a business partner with their boss.

Sounds like a big   for Fox News.

NewsCorp also owns the Wall Street Journal and either MySpace or Facebook (can't remember which one)  :ohno:

Anybody who is against lawyers building on the plaza are obviously racist because Obama is a lawyer.

Just noticed that "they're" building an addition on the Islamic Center of Johnson County off of 151st and Antioch.  Not gonna lie, I've been all kinds of :ohno: since I've seen this.

Coincidence that it's happening at the same time of this Mosque controversy??  Hell no!!  :runaway: :runaway:
Fifteen minutes later, when the Kansas locker room opened its doors to the media, the Jayhawks were still crying. Literally, bawling. All of them. I've never seen anything like it, and I've seen devastated college locker rooms -- after losses in the Final Four, the national championship game -- ever
