Yeah. Not even close. Heat is uncomfortable and sucks because you get a little sweaty sometimes, but being outside in those deep windchills is just absolutely unbearable. Just brutal - almost painful. Plus, guess what, hope you don't like sunlight because it's dark outside almost all the time.
All the proof I need is that even in the dog days of summer, there are outside activities that normal people engage in: Cookouts, little league games, patio drinking, etc. In the coldest days of winter, only an insane person would have a cookout. Game, set, checkmate.
