Is Bielma under the radar for on-field or off-field behavior
Can  you imaging watching that guy destroy a slice of prime rib at Harry's?

Ok, now who else is leaving?

Larry (Fabris), Curly (Hayes), and Mo will all be leaving.

Is this pretty much all our defensive staff except Seiler?

ya

Cox?

a) He was fired last year and b) he's likely going with Dimel to UTEP.

What would you all say is the minimum win % against P5 teams that an average coach should have?  What win% would make you a great coach?  Hall of fame caliber coach?

Too many variables.  Conference,  division,  historical record, enthusiasm of the fan base.  50% @ ku, gets you a statue.  50% @ Auburn gets you death threats.
It is quite true that programs all have different expectations, but I think some rough baselines can be established if you don't include the extreme outliers like KU.

Gong bowling more often than not and being close to 500 in conference play is going to keep you at most middle of the road p5 jobs.   Without going thru them all my gut tells me there are less middle of the road jobs than there are "football school" jobs with hire expectations

Frost says he still wants to coach them.

Quote
“I want to,” Frost told al.com at the Home Depot College Football Awards show Thursday night. “We’re trying to work it out so both sides are happy with the arrangement. I had a special group of guys down there at UCF and I want to do everything I can for them.

“So if we can get it worked out, I want to give those guys the best shot to win a game against a really good team in the Peach Bowl.”

Unfortunately, even that, won't kill the ridiculous Brent hype.

Yeah, we have like two or three pages of Venzy quotes implying that he really isn't trying to be a HC right now.

That sounds to me like something almost any assistant would say to a recruit. I don’t know how many guys go into a recruit’s home and says he’s bolting in a couple of years.

He expressly stated that he's staying at Clemson then gave reasons why he's doing so, there wasn't the slightest hedge. Like joker said it isn't like that's the only evidence we have of his intentions either.

I think he intends to stay there awhile too. I just don’t think him telling a recruit that is terribly convincing evidence.

I do think he’ll eventually leave and could’ve been a HC somewhere if he wanted. I’m not sure if he’s waiting for specific jobs or something in his personal life (kids to college or whatever).
