People who use the term "sus" should be shot on the spot.
Aren't there two uses for "sus"? 1) suspect or not-to-be-trusted and 2) "sus it out" like tease out the details of a complex situation. I could be totally off base about this. Had never heard either usage until about 18 mos ago.

I usually think it's meant for suspect or suspicious, but it really just sounds like someone is trying to hard to be cool.

Well crap. Got my labs back and my LDL is "slightly elevated". No biggie, however, I currently workout 4-5 days a week, eat oatmeal every morning for breakfast or fast, barely eat any red meat, etc. So essentially, I don't have many things to do to self lower. I def has some things I can try. I guess I'll up my cardio as most of my workout is weight training and maybe add more fiber rich stuff. Going to do everything I can to not take a pill. I'll go vegan if I have too. Hopefully its a one off. This has actually happened before. Several years ago I had elevated levels and then the next year everything was fine. Hoping for the same this time, but getting old sucks.

Sus originated as a sophomoric homophobic term.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

And what kind of workout? I imagine cardio does a lot more than weight training when it comes to heart function. (IMO that’s actually the only thing cardio is good for)

Didn't talk much about HDL, just that my LDL was slightly above at 114 and my total was slightly above at 204. I have some family history that is triggering the additional tests apparently. She said if I didn't have that, they would just keep an eye on it.

3 months removed from full shoulder replacement and recovery is on track.  The PA said I could start chipping and putting.  Grit the teeth and do the rehab thru the pain.

I now have a hip and shoulder replacement.

I got 2 sun screens for my F250 yesterday.  Turns out I ordered one from Amazon Saturday morning then promptly forgot about it and ordered another one in the afternoon along with my July 4th decorations.

Yes the same exact one.  I am sure Amazon attempted to alert me, but part of being old also includes not paying attention or ignoring messages right in front of you.

That's how suburban 13 year olds learned about it. I knew the meaning nicname mentioned years before my kids did.
