Didn’t we figure out that cholesterol is like 98% genetic and not lifestyle related? Not a geezer so I don’t pay too close attention to this stuff and my blood work is all perfect, it’s just what I heard.

You need cholesterol to make your heart strong just like a moth needs to struggle to get out of their cocoon to build strength to survive in the world. T's&p's to all these weak medicated hearts.

I hurt my knee somehow when I was huffing through fields last weekend chasing pheasants. Mainly just really sore in the tendons/ligaments under the knee.

I can still walk fine for the most part and I'm hoping its just sore from taking giant steps through/over tall grass and that I didn't actually do any real damage to it.

swimming a mile seems a lot more cardio-y than walking three miles

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

All bros over 40 should probably be on a statin according to my MD. He could have just been telling me that to make me feel better about my needing to be on a statin though :dunno:

Gotta get those HDLs up

I need to get back in the habit of having a handful of almonds every day.

Go do some cardio, bitch.

I do that too.  It all helps me.

yes i would say if you are not a runner or a swimmer...the equivalent of swimming a mile is probably like running somewhere between 8-10 miles.

I bought something called an LED Corn Cob light for my garage at Lowe’s. I liked it so much I went back and bought another the light over the other side. I’ve went into the garage 3 times in the last 90 minutes just to look at how bright it is.
I got a guy on the other line about some white walls

Less than 30 minutes. Just depends on how I’m feeling.

No and I need to. Just didn’t want to be in a room full of people these days. My back comes in waves. I’ll be good for like 3-4 months and then out of nowhere, it goes nuts. Bad week for it.
