Also, our students aren't predominantly socially awkward nerds like every Vanderbilt student and graduate I've ever met. Normal people in TN go to UTK or go out of state. Vanderbilt is the dork school - essentially the Georgia Tech of TN.

No way that is true, I have a massively high fbiq and had no idea vanderbelt even played football until we scheduled them. Frankly it's impossible that a school could be playing my entire life and I've never seen them on tv or ranked in the top 25 or had had a sportscenter highlight or anything.
