Just bought a bit more ETC and BTC cause I can’t resist a sale, but I wouldn’t be surprised at all if more panic selling follows after Coinbase gets its crap together.

Friends. My friend from Canada wants to pull his fake coin thingies off the exchange and into a hardware wallet. Any recommendations?

This thing creates and secures my friend's 12-24 word phrase right? Then he has his own password to protect that? He won't need to write anything down on paper (and lose it) and store it somewhere the spies can't find it right?

He will have his own word password for the hardware wallet to store. I have a copy in a firebox and one in my work office. How he will normally get into the wallet will be a number pin to send or receive crypto. I think it's 8 digits. The words are the backup.

This space needs regulation, it’s just a 24/7 feast on retail traders.

Yeah regulation is a necessary step before it really takes off. Still kind of exciting being in before that happens, but my word watching Elon in action really does make me appreciate the SEC.

China has total control of the market, they can shut down miner operations, threaten to ban crypto, all while likely using their own govt to buy and sell the swings they create through panic.
