I think BTC is going to be the "savings" vehicle but won't really be the big "transaction" vehicle and that is ok. I think picking the "transaction" vehicle at this point is probably a fool's errand, but BTC is getting too big to fail as a savings vehicle.

I think the fed will ultimately issue a CDBC for a digital dollar and one of the coins will be the bridge currency between that and other countries CDBC. Which one of those is the bridge currency is as you say probably a fools errand. I obviously am betting on it being XRP.

Coinbase is the most user friendly IMO. Ledger Nano X is a good hardware wallet if you don’t want to keep it on the exchanges. Coinbase and the Nano X have IOS and Android app functionality so you can do it all from your phone.

Friends. Anyone use block fi? i've been converting some extra cash to GUSD from Gemini and sending to block fi. They are paying 8.5%. I should probably just be putting it in to bitcoin, but am testing it out. Seems ok so far. Its obviously a "not your keys not your crypto" no no, but the coins are custodial at Gemini so, that's at least something, I guess.

LOL this shitcoin rally is just people profit taking BTC and dumping it into other things temporarily.

I admit I did dump a lot of BTC today, but that cash is just sitting idle waiting for a dip.

LOL at actually thinking anything other than BTC has staying power and worth investing in.

I'm happy for you guys in XRP and other but LOL at it being a long term thing.

Bold move on selling. I've been tempted to sell some as well with the intent of buying on a pullback. Problem is, we haven't even broken the all-time high and that pullback may not happen or may not be as great as it needs to be in order to warrant me selling off. I've ultimately decided the risk of me selling now and it continuing to move higher is not worth the opportunity of making a few thousand if it were to drop back to $16K or somewhere in that neighborhood. Obviously, BTC were to fall to $10K I'd be kicking myself for not unloading.

Looks like BTC is going to trade sideways for a bit which is fine by me. Need some good consolidation at this level before jumping above $20K. Volume has definitely picked up today (at least on CoinbasePro).
