People inside the airport should've prevented that lady from getting on the plane with all that stuff, but she also should've had enough respect for society where she would've checked that stuff from jump knowing what a clusterfuck she'd cause otherwise rather than pushing the envelope to see what she could get away with.
For the most part, people only give a eff about what's convenient for themselves.

they had a ticket but it was in the name of their older kid who ended up getting another ticket for an earlier flight. most airlines don't allow you to just transfer tickets to a different person. so they bought tickets with the understanding that they would lap the child but then thought that he could just take the seat of their oldest who ended up not flying. i'll side with the airline on this.
Paid for a seat but not allowed to use it, seems pretty easy to see who is a dick here
Did the older "use" his ticket on the earlier flight?
