Not gonna lie, I'm kinda bummed that today's kids don't have anything better to do than go fishing. It's 2025

It’s hard for exburb kids that can’t drive to do much. Things are too far away. Fishing at neighborhood ponds is one thing that is pretty great and accessible to them. Even where I live it’s a 20 minute+ walk to the nearest in-town places.
