Six of the kids are toddler through second grade age. The street belongs to them.

So far in my new neighborhood....

Next door neighbor has (at least) 3 kids who play in the street constantly. Also a very yippy dog.
Yesterday a couple kids and their dad were doing archery in the empty lot across the street from me.
Today as I was driving away from my house, I passed a (~4 year old) kid driving in one of those little electric kid jeep things....his dad (I assume) was like a block away on a bicycle. The kid waved at me as I passed.
