After our move back to Kansas a couple weeks ago, the 3yo has not been very accepting of his new digs.  He's getting better about it now but still complains at times and wants to go back to our old house.  I guess growing up on the same farm all my life, it never even occurred to me that a move would affect a 3yo that way.

We moved like 5 times from K-12. It sucked every time. I can't imagine being upset about such a thing at 3 tho.

You guys know what the greatest invention ever is?????  Blind bags.....what's a blind bag you ask?  Its a little bag that you can't see which superhero guy you get until you open it.  They are like 3 dollars.  My kid has a million of them and guess what? He has like 300 of the same Batman and 250 of the same Green Arrow.  You know who keeps buying them and prays every time the little guy opens it that its not another Batman or Green Arrow...Me, its fantastic and stupid.  I love buying them.  I get the My Little Pony ones for my daughter too.  Same deal, she has 10,000 of them and half of them are the same damn pony.  Its terrific.

I'm not sure because i don't shop in the nerd section, but I would bet they do!!!  Your kid will have like 174 of that one robot guy and he will be like, "dad can we please get a nerd star war bag, I want the spaceship driver guy and I know we will get him this time". You will say sure, its only a few bucks and guess what??????  Another robot guy!!!!

BYKTWD here as well (didn't know this was a coordinated thing nationwide). Dropped a $20 into the kid treat cart like a giant stud. One of my employees did the thing where they talk to the kids about how baller our careers are.

I took EmoJr camping.  Roasted marshmallows and caught fireflies and all that.  As he was falling asleep in the tent he reached over to me and grabbed my thumb and pulled my hand over and fell asleep like that.  Precious moments guys.
