I know several teachers and small church pastors that side gig as adjusters. Can't imagine dumping main job though.

Talked to a guy in Nashville last night who's considering quitting his gig here to go to Florida and do a couple months of contracted insurance adjusting. He says he knows someone there who can quickly get him through all the prerequisites and on to the work. He cited this article as why it's "legit."

This is an absurd idea he's considering, no? He'd have to pay all his expenses, and wouldn't be able to come back to see his family for at least 2 months.
is this a pro or con for him?

You mean with respect to teachers, during summer when they're not teaching for 3 months, right? This seems like it would be something to do only if you truly had months of life to spare.

Con, when it comes to his daughter. The rest? Probably a pro, but not enough of an offsetting one.

They do it during school year as well. They run adjustments after school. Convenient for the 9-5 crowd.

Ah, so not the sort of adjusting that involves living a carney lifestyle in a faraway ravaged state.

Ya. As I stated, can't imagine dumping the main gig for that.

It’s the first thing I’m going to do when I get back to Florida.

If it is in the south, it is certainly SE.

It is below the Mason Dixon line, so it's south.

Literally no one in The South would call it part of The South. They don't even have Southern accents there.

Yeah, the south starts across the Potomac. Maybe even further now but we will still include norther virginia as the south for now.

There is only one city in the south

Miami

Jake Waters and Will Spradling give us the best chance to win. Daniel Sams can't throw and Jevon Thomas isn't even smart enough to qualify, let alone learn HCBW's offense.

I would live right next door to Dax.  I don't know where the hell he lives, but I would live right next door to him.
