when it has come up before, it seems like the median goEMAW opinion is that obviously trump has done an enormous number of crimes, but that it is unlikely that he'll either be convicted or plea to any of them. but that really doesn't seem to make sense to me. i don't see many reasons to think that he won't be prosecuted when he leaves office, or that he wouldn't be convicted if prosecuted.
