So political contacts don't talk to political contacts?
And then get fired over it? Sure! Happens all of the time!
First off, what a novel concept. Firing a guy. But it's cute that you actually believe that the Michael Flynn's of the world aren't talking to people all around the world all the time.
Why did Flynn get fired for doing something that is done all the time?
He got fired because he didn't disclose it to Pence.
Why didn't he disclose it to Pence when it was merely something that is done all the time?
When you go to work in the executive branch you have to disclose this stuff.
Enough with the Geo-Politics 001 stuff.
Why didn't Flynn follow Geo-Politics 001?
He did, but failed his due diligence test once he became part of the executive branch.
Why did he fail his due diligence test once he became a part of the executive branch?
He hates 'Merica
You have absolutely no idea why he was fired. Okay.
Strange, I thought I covered that (again) about 10 posts back.
First of all let's take note of this chum (I mean, by implication you don't think this exists) from AP:
Once out of government, he disappeared into the murky world of mid-level defense contractors and international influence peddlers. Weird reporting by AP for a culture that according to chum, doesn't exist.
It took 18 days to fire Flynn (nanoseconds in DC parlance, but entire millenniums according to the New McCarthyites like Chum et. al. Relative to previous administrations 18 days is light speed).
Looks like the official reason given by the White House was a "loss of trust". Again, firing, really new territory here relative to recent administrations.
